      We do our best to keep our online database current, so you will be notified on the Shopping Cart screen if any of your items are out of stock.

      • How much is my shipping?

        Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

        • How do I find my shipping rate?

        Shipping rates are calculated on our checkout pages, and are quoted before you are prompted for payment.

        • How are shipping costs calculated?

        Our shipping prices are calculated based on weight, distance, and speed, and only include a moderate handling fee. To save you money, we recommend that you examine all shipping options before making your selection. Prices may greatly vary, depending on your package.

        • Do you ship internationally?

        We can now ship international orders via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

            • Do you ship to my country?

            Please create an account by clicking the "Register" link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign-up, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country at this time.

            •  Are you aware of any issues with international shipments?

            Sometimes, packages shipped internationally using the U.S. Postal Service are returned to us. These returned packages have a note saying that our client never responded to messages from that country's customs office requesting that the package be picked up. We suggest that our clients who choose international shipping using the U.S. Postal Service make a note of the tracking number we e-mail them and keep in close contact with their customs office to assure delivery without an issue.

            • What are my payment options?

            During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

            •  Do I have to pay sales tax?

            You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our company.

            Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

            • When will my credit card be charged?

            Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

            • When do you charge my credit card (PayPal) account for Pre-order or Back-order items?

            Payment for Pre-order or Back-order items paid for with PayPal are captured when the first item(s) on the order ships because Credit Card (PayPay) only allows one opportunity to capture funds.
